This is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), referred to herein as “YOU”, and STRATPRO CORP. referred to herein as “Slideinabox”. This License Agreement Applies without limitation, to the website currently located at the domain slideinabox.com and any other version of the foregoing, and/or any content delivered via any storage media. Slideinabox reserves the right to change any of the terms of this agreement at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. if you do not agree to the following terms, as may be amended, do not download or use any content.
1. Usage Rights
With the purchase you get a non-exclusive limited license to use the PowerPoint templates and other products sold through our web site in accordance with our terms and conditions. Content downloaded by you from the Slideinabox website is licensed for your individual (or your company) according to the following:
- You have an unlimited right to use the product worldwide for your own personal use or the company purchasing the products.
- You are authorized to make any addition, change or modification to the PowerPoint template downloaded.
- The customer cannot resell, rent or lend the purchased products or templates.
- The customer is not allowed to transfer the usage rights of the purchased products or templates either through receiving a payment or offering them free of charge to third parties.
- It is totally illegal to use our product in whole or in part to be offered for redistribution or resale without our consent.
- Purchase does not include intellectual or exclusive ownership of our product; it cannot be modified in any way with the purpose of circumventing our legal rights in order to place the product in the market.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
2. Our refund policy.
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you have carefully read 'template package includes' section and templates features page. We only make exceptions to this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement by the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
3. Terms.
This agreement and the rights granted in this agreement are effective until terminated. Member may terminate this agreement voluntarily at any time or by not renewing this annual agreement. if member transfers possession of any content without the express written consent of SlideinaboxX or otherwise fails to abide by the terms hereof, this agreement shall be automatically terminated and member shall immediately forfeit any right to the continued utilization of the website. Member does hereby authorize Slide in a Box to deny member access to the website in the event of member's unauthorized use or disclosure of any content, and member does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlideinaboxX from any and all costs, expenses, claims, losses, causes of action, judgments, and/or awards arising from and/or in connection with member's breach of this agreement, including all reasonable attorney's fees, interest, court costs and consequential and incidental damages. The revocation of this agreement pursuant to these terms shall not result in the refund of any monies paid by member.
4. Limited Warranty.
When used as directed, Slideinabox warrants that for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of its purchase any downloaded PowerPoint template may be downloaded again and is free of any virus and is free from defects. Slideinabox entire liability and member's exclusive remedy shall be, with respect to the warranty above at the option of either, (a) a return the fee paid, or (b) correction of any errors or malfunctions identified.
5. Limitations on Slideinabox liability.
In no event shall Slideinabox be liable, whether in contract or in tort, or any other legal theory, for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the content, including, without limits, lost profits or revenues, even if Slideinabox has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the limits or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages therefore, the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
6. Copyright.
All web site design, photos, text, graphics and all other material on this web site are copyright by Slideinabox. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any other use of materials on this web site - including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication - without the prior written permission of Slideinabox is strictly prohibited. Slideinabox will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
